David Fenig

David Fenig started off his career practicing in a boutique tax litigation law firm after which he moved to a downtown law firm and expanded his skill set to include commercial, insolvency and estates litigation.

Mr. Fenig is known for his incisive and clear approach to the issues at hand, and his knack for finding innovative and pragmatic/cost-effective solutions, often leading to a favorable settlement before too much in costs have been incurred.

Mr. Fenig has attended at the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, Tax Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Canada, on all manner of motions, hearings and appeals.
